The location was great, conveniently close to a brewery and offering nice views. The room was clean and had a decent bathroom. They also had some nice facilities like a good breakfast and relaxing patio.
The hotel staff was rude and did not provide good customer service.

Leaving and planning on nevr going back.
We plan a 'special' event for each of our wedding anniversary--staying at this so-called 'mountain resort' on our 29th has to go down as the worse ever. We planned on fine dining , and an evening in a comfortble room in a resort hotel. We checked the website to make sure they'd have dining on sunday. When we got there to check in, we found the restaraunt wasn't open that day as advertised. Our room was dirty, there were no chairs on the patio, the windows were so dirty we couldn't hardly see out, and a host of other housekeeping issues. We complained to management in the interest of fair play. It's three weeks later, we've received an apology, but no offer to sooth our disappointment.

Awesome management but hpusekeeping is on vacation
Management worked with me. However there were dirty sheets and fleas in my room. I spent quite a bit of time fumigating and washing all my clothes. I also threw out my suitcase as fleas got in

Enjoyed the convenient location near to restaurants and tourist attractions, the friendly staff, and the nice view from the room. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and parking, which made it easy to explore the city without worrying about additional costs.
The room could have been cleaner and some of the fixtures were outdated. The bathroom could have used more attention during cleaning and the hallways were a bit dark.

The proximity to family and the ease of getting around the area.
The difficult in getting out of the motel onto the local road, Woodmore, at certain times. We needed to exit and turn left but there is traffic coming from 3 ways which don't have to stop. Really hard during early morning.

very friendly staff that tried to be helpfu;,the tile floors were excellent for my large dog in the hot weather; good restaurant with patio dining to include the dog
too many stairs for the advertized pet-friendly room; no chairs on the deck; lock on deck sliding door was very hard to lock; room was dark and not enough plugs for our electronics etc

Secondly, the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist with any needs. Lastly, the rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and had a lovely aroma. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was truly impressive.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. We were placed right in front a waterfall so that was nice for a view and for sounds through the night.

have been to Sundance a couple of times. Love the setting and the hotel itself. This trip I was somewhat disappointed. One of the things I like most when I stay at a hotel to get away is the availability to have a nice hot breakfast in the morning. This was not the case this weekend. There was no hot breakfast. Had to get into the car and drive to eat. This was quite the disappointment. Prior to recommending I would suggest to the travelers to check to see if breakfast was available.
